Accepting your invitation
Joining your club, from the link in the invitation email to your first look at the timetable.
Join your club from the invitation email. It takes about a minute, and there is nothing to install and no password to choose.
Before you start
- The inbox it was sent to. The invitation only works for that email address. Signed in as anyone else, the join is refused.
- An invitation under 14 days old. After that it expires and the club needs to send a new one. Each invitation works once.
Joining the club
Open the email
Find the email titled You're invited to Ulster Flying Club on INDEX, with your own club's name. It shows the Club and Your role, for example Student.

The button signs you in and joins you to the club in one go. There is no confirm screen and no code to type: you land on Welcome aboard. Opened on a device where you are signed out, it shows Accept your invitation first: sign in with the invited address and the join completes.

On Welcome aboard, check Full name, add your Phone, and press Continue. Your membership is already active; these details let the club reach you. There is no skip, and you can change them later in Settings.

After you have joined
INDEX Club shows You're all set and opens the club's timetable. Your role decides what you see: students see other members' slots as Booked. Next, read Finding your way around and Creating a booking. From now on, sign in by email as described in Signing in.
If something goes wrong
- "This invitation has expired" or "has been revoked". It is over 14 days old or the club withdrew it. Ask the club to send a new one.
- "This invitation has already been used". Each invitation works once. If you accepted already, sign in as usual; otherwise ask the club for a new one.
- "This invitation was sent to a different email address". Press Use a different email and sign in with the address that received it.
- An ordinary sign-in email arrived instead. Your address already has an INDEX Club login, so you joined the club when the invitation was sent. Sign in as usual.
Still stuck? Whoever invited you can see the invitation, its status and expiry, and can resend or revoke it.
